Ingredients
Instant Noodles 75 grams
Rotis 4
Yellow capsicum diced 1/2 small
Red capsicum diced 1/2 small
Green capsicum diced 1/2 small
Sweet corn kernels boiled 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder a pinch
Salt to taste
Paneer cut into small cubes 100 grams
Ghee 1 teaspoon
Frankie masala to sprinkle
Mint mayonnaise to serve
Method
Step 1.Boil sufficient water in a non-stick wok, add instant noodles, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and green capsicum. Add sweet corn and mix well.
Step 2.Add Jain noodles masala, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder and red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt and mix well.
Step 3.Add cottage Panner and ghee and mix well. Cook till the noodles are done and the mixture becomes a little dry. Switch the heat off and allow to cool slightly.
Step 4.Take a roti and apply ghee on it and sprinkle Frankie masala on top. Place a portion of the prepared noodles on top and roll tightly.
Step 5.Heat ghee in a non-stick tawa, place the prepared Frankie and drizzle with ghee, roast for 1 minute on both sides and take the Frankie off the heat.
Step 6.Wrap with butter paper and serve hot with mint mayo.
