Rasiya muthia is an easy to make, delicious dish made from left over rice and mixture of flours.

Ingredients
1 cup Cooked rice
2 tbsp Gram flour (Besan)
2 tbsp Wheat flour (atta)
1 pinch Asafoetida (Hing)
1 pinch Baking soda
Salt to taste
Instructions
Take all the ingredients for muthia in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix well and it comes together like a tough. If required, add very little water.
Step 3
Make oval shape muthias and keep it aside.
Step 4
Take water in a pan. Add salt and allow the water to boil. Once it starts to boil, add muthia one by one.
Step 5
Let it boil and stir in between. Cook for about 15 mins or till muthia is cooked properly. Add more water if required.
Step 6
Serve hot.
