INDO CHINESE STARTER

Unique veg Starter Recipe


For stuffing

1. 2 Boiled smash banana

2. ½ cup boiled green peas

3. ½ cup finely chopped capsicum

4. ½ cup finely chopped Cabbage

5. ½ Cup Boiled noodles

6. 1 tsp Salt

7. 1 tsp Green chilly paste

8. ½ tsp dried ginger powder

9. ½ tsp Chilly flakes


For Batter

1. ½ Cup Corn flour

2. ½ Cup all-purpose flour

3. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder

4. 1 tsp salt

5. ½ Cup Water


For sauce

1. 1 tsp Oil

2. 1 tbsp chopped capsicum

3. 2 tbsp Chopped cabbage

4. ¼ tsp dried ginger powder

5. ½ tsp black pepper powder

6. ½ tsp salt

7. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilly powder

8. 1/3 cup water

9. 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

10. 1 tsp cornflour + ¼ Cup water

11. 2 tsp Soya sauce


Method

1.Mix properly all the

ingredients of stuffing.

2.Prepare the batter.

3.In a pan heat the oil for deep frying.

4.Dip the stuffing in the prepared batter and deep fry till golden brown.

5.For the sauce mix all the ingredients in a pan and cook till it thickens slightly.

6.Serve hot.
