A delicious pesto easy to make.

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped pinenuts (chilgoza)

3 cup fresh basil leaves (loosely packed)

1/4 cup olive oil

salt to taste


Instructions

Step 1 Lightly roast the pine nuts. Keep aside to cool.

Step 2 Combine it with other ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth paste. Keep aside.
