About the Recipe
Badi ki Sabzi is another traditional Rajasthani Curry like Gatte ki Sabzi Gravy. Its something that you can prepare within minutes and so if you don't have anything ready for your meal, this is a quick choice. Badi is generally made from either Urad Dal or Moong Dal. These are generally prepared during summers and then stored for later use. While preparing the curry, all you do is add the Badi's and some spices in water and let it cook. Its a curry generally eaten with chapathi or pudi. Optionally, if you are not eating this during Paryushan, you can add lots of chopped coriander leaves while preparing this curry for a different flavor.
