Ingredients required are
2 cups Handwa flour
1 glass Buttermilk
100-150 grams Paneer
1 tbsp Salt
2 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Water as required
For Tadka
2-3 tbsp Olive oil / your chioce of oil
1/2-1 tsp Mustard seeds
Few dry Curry Leaves
1 tsp Hing
2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Eno Powder
Method
Mix all the ingredients, give tadka then heat the pan add 1 tsp oil, pour the batter, cover the pan and let it cook on slow flame for five minutes.
After five minutes flip the side and cook again for five minutes.
Remove and serve hot with tomato ketchup or choonda.
