Instant Besan Dosa/pudla is a quick and tasty dish for breakfast or snacks or some also make for dinner prepared with bengal gram flour.

How to prepare?
Ingredients
1 cup besan(Bengal gram flour)
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp baking soda(cooking soda)
Salt to taste
Oil for preparing dosa
Method In a bowl, mix besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, soda, salt and water to make batter about ½ to ¾ cup water(batter should not be too thick or too thin, so adjust water accordingly). Heat a non stick pan, when the pan is heated pour the ladle full of batter and spread it in a circular motion. Drizzle some oil around the dosa. --When it is cooked from one side, flip it over the other side and let it cook (drizzle oil if required). Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
Note:
You can add 1 tbsp of rice flour to make it crispy.
