INGREDIENTS

For Dabeli dry Masala

2 tbsp Coriander seeds

2 tbsp Cumin seeds

4-5 Cloves

1 inch Cinnamon stick

3 Dry red chili

For Red chutney

4-5 Dry red chilli

1 medium Boiled,mashed tomato

to taste Salt

1 tbsp Lemon juice

1 tbsp Water

For masala

3 Boiled row banana

5 pieces Dabeli Pav

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Dabeli dry masala

1/2 tsp Red chili powder

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

2 tbsp Water

to taste Salt

2 to 3 tsp Sugar

1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds

1/4 cup Masala peanut

2 tbsp Desiccated coconut

1/4 cup Coriander leaves (chopped)

1/4 cup Fine sev

1/4 cup Tamarind chutney

Instruction:-

For Dabeli Masala

Step 1.Heat a pan, Add Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon stick and Dry red chili in a pan, and roast that till light brown.

Step 2.After that, cool it and Make a fine powder.

Step 3.Masala is ready.

For Dabeli

Step 4.Take butter in a pan and Add Dabeli masala, red chili powder and turmeric powder in a pan and stir it for 45 seconds.Then add boiled and mashed banana, sugar, water and salt in a pan, Mix it well and cook for a 1 minute.

Step 5.Transfer the dabeli masala to a plate and add Masala peanuts, Pomegranate seeds, and coriander leaves.

Step 6.Now, Take a dabeli pav, cut it in a mid of pav, spread some red chutney and tamarind chutney in the pav.

Step 7.Now, put dabeli masala in the pav and also sprinkle Pomegranate seeds, masala peanut, and coriander leaves.

Step 8.Also, spread some sev.

Step 9.Take butter in a pan and roast the pav on both sides till light crispy.

Step 10.Serve Dabeli with green chutney and Tamarind chutney.
