Ingredients
mini idlis 24-28
Schezwan sauce Jain, 2½ tablespoons
Oil 1 teaspoon
Green capsicum seeded and cut into dices 1 small
Yellow capsicum seeded and cut into dices 1 small
Red capsicum seeded and cut into dices 1 small
Salt to taste
Sugar ¼ teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon
Fresh parsley sprigs 2-3
Method
Step 1.Heat oil in an on-stick pan. Add green, yellow and red capsicums and sauté well.
Step 2.Add salt and sugar, mix well and sauté further. Add schezwan sauce, idlis and chopped coriander, mix well and let it get heated through.
Step 3.Transfer in a serving bowl.
Step 4.Finely chop parsley and sprinkle on top. Serve hot.
