Jain Paneer pinwheel is one of the most popular indian dishes and flavourful appetizers.

Ingredients:
For Dough
1 cup Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Semolina Flour (Rava)
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
For Filling
1 cup Paneer (Cottage cheese grated)
1/2 cup Cheese (Home made or cheddar grated)
1/4 cup Capsicum chopped (Bell peppers)
2 Green Chillies (Chopped)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
2 tsp Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder (Aamchur)
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
Instructions:
Step 1 Mix all Dough ingredients and knead to a soft dough using water.
Step 2 Cover with wet cloth and keep aside for 1/2 an hour.
Step 3 Mix all filling ingredients and divide in 3 equal parts.
Step 4 Divide Dough in 3 equal balls and roll thin.
Step 5 Apply one part of the filling onto 1 rolled disc.
Step 6 Tightly start rolling from one end to finish at other end having a tight roll. Cut into 2mm disc and slightly flatten it.
Step 7 Repeat the above with the other 2 filling and doughs.
Step 8 Heat oil in High Flame and deep fry these pinwheels.
Step 9 Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or Green Chutney.
