Pavs tossed in spicy pav bhaji masala and stuffed with sliced tomato and cucumber.
INGREDIENTS
4 pav
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander-cumin powder
salt to taste
4 tsp ghee
4 tsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
2 small cucumbers,peeled and sliced
2 medium tomatoes,sliced
lemon slices for serving
METHOD
1.Combine pav bhaji masala,garam masala,red chilli powder,coriander-cumin powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
2.Slit pavs horizontally without cutting through.
3.Heat 1 tsp ghee on a non-stick tawa. Add some of the prepared spice mix and 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
4.Open the pav,place on it and coat it with the spice mix.Roast for a minute and prepare the remaining pavs similarly.
5.Place 2-3 cucumber and tomato slices inside each pav and close.Cut into halves.
6.Serve immediately with lemon slices.
